Bolivia Considers that the agreements signed yesterday morning in Cancun have violated the principles enunciated by the U.N. in what is the final approval of official documents. That's what will make Bolivia go before the International Court challenging the climate change agreements. The Bolivian Ambassador said very clearly that this will be resolved before the International Court. Of the 194 countries present only 193 signed the agreements.
Bolivia has refused. Angela Merkel declared herself satisfied. Rafael Correa said that there are results but is not sufficient.
