The Open Energy Information Program

Today's conference at the U.S. Center 2010 Cancun (The Open Energy Information Program) was attended by four panelists. Madame Jaquelin Cochran made a general presentation of the OPENEI, an ambitious project created by the U.S. Energy Department. Questioned by APMR (Masonic Press Agency of Romania), if anyone can participate in this project, she answered yes.
